Steven V. Long, MHA, MBA, FACHE

Steve Long is the President & CEO of Hancock Health and Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. Hancock Health is an integrated health care system where more than 1,500 associates, physicians, and volunteers serve the residents of greater Hancock County by providing world class medical services and developing cutting edge population health initiatives. During his 20+ years in health care, Steve has served in a variety of senior leadership capacities including stints at University of Iowa Healthcare in Iowa City, Iowa; MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas; and Aurora Healthcare based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to his arrival at Hancock, Steve served as the President & CEO of Skiff Medical Center in Newton, Iowa.
Steve is a Hawkeye at heart, having earned his undergraduate degree and two masters degrees (MBA and MHA) from the University of Iowa. Steve and his lovely wife Dorothy live in Greenfield with their teenage daughter and enjoy family time together as well as trips around the country to visit their three older children and two grandsons.
Robert Matt, MBA
Rob Matt is the Chief Operation Office of Hancock Regional Hospital. He has been with the hospital for 13 years and prior to that, he served 4 years on the Board of Directors. Rob graduated from Indiana University with a bachelors and masters degree in business administration. He served six years in the United States Coast Guard. He has also earned is Fellow in the College of Healthcare Professionals and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University.
Prior to his position at Hancock Regional Hospital, Rob worked with Union Carbide and Avery Dennison in various leadership roles as well as CEO of Bosma Industries for the Blind.
Rick P. Edwards, MBA, FHFMA, FACHE
Rick Edwards is Vice President and CFO of Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. Rick is accountable for the leadership and administration of the $422 million budget and over 1,000 employees. Rick is also responsible for the oversight of 9 departmental directors and over 350 indirect reports in the areas of Accounting, Information Management, Building Services, Nutritional Services, Hancock Wellness Centers, Rehabilitation Services, Materials Management, Property Management and Patient Financial Services. Rick received his MBA from the University of Indianapolis; Indianapolis, Indiana.
