In an effort to maintain our commitment to the health of our community, Hancock Regional Hospital will hold public H1N1 flu vaccine clinics and will run as long as vaccines are available.This initiative remains critical in our efforts to minimize the impact and spread of the 2009 H1N1 flu.

Hancock Regional Hospital will offer the H1N1 flu vaccine free of charge.

This public H1N1 flu vaccine clinic will be held at the Hancock Wellness Center located at 888 West New Road in Greenfield, Indiana.

Clinic days/hours:

Thursday, 1/14/10from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
 
Hancock Regional Hospital will require the following prior to administering the H1N1 flu vaccine:
 
· Valid photo Identification
· Proof of guardianship for all unemancipated minors
 

Hancock Regional Hospital has no control over the distribution and/or availability of H1N1 vaccine.

Hancock Regional Hospital has established an H1N1 Flu Vaccine HOTLINE. Individuals are encouraged to call

(317) 477-6FLU (6358) for updates regarding flu clinics and vaccine availability. In addition, all are encouraged to visit the Hancock Regional Hospital website, http://www.hancockregional.org/ for updates.
