Dr. Cudiamat earned her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of the Philippines in 1986. In 1991 she completed medical school at the University of the East Medical Center in the Philippines. From there she went on to the University of Illinois Christ Hospital in Chicago to complete her residency in 1996. She is board certified by the American Board of Family practice. Dr. Cudiamat’s range of practice includes
