AQUATICS CLASSES

Hancock Health Wellness Centers offer a wide variety of classes and support groups to help our community live well. While class schedules vary, the Greenfield facility commonly hosts the following:

  • Aquatic Arthritis Program – Relieve arthritis pain and stiffness with gentle movements in our heated pool. Led by Arthritis Foundation certified instructors.
  • Aqua Blast – Burn fat and calories in this low-impact cardio class.
  • Aqua Core & Walk – Put your torso to the test with this workout, followed by a walking routine to get that heart rate up.
  • Aqua Pilates – Tone your body, focused on abdominals, back, arms, and hips.
  • Hydro Sculpt – Tone and strengthen your muscles using bands, dumbbells, and pool noodles.
  • Aqua Tabata – High Intensity Interval Training in the water for any fitness level.

Mind & Body Classes

Hancock Health Wellness Centers offer a wide variety of classes and support groups to help our community live well. While class schedules vary, the Greenfield facility commonly hosts the following:

  • Yoga – Learn basic poses, effective stretching, breathing techniques, and the art of relaxation.
  • Forever Fit Stretch – A beginner-level stretch class focusing on breath and mind/body connection. 

Tai Chi for Health – Reduce pain and improve your mental well-being. Suitable for every fitness level.

STRENGTH & CARDIO CLASSES

Hancock Health Wellness Centers offer a wide variety of classes and support groups to help our community live well. While class schedules vary, the Greenfield facility commonly hosts the following:

  • Lift & Burn – Elevate your heart rate to burn fat while strengthening your body with these simple and effective moves.
  • Cycling – Ride into high gear with this stationary bike class. Instructors will show you various intensity options.
  • Zumba – A high-energy aerobic class incorporating Latin music and dance steps.
  • Zumba for Kids! – A high-energy fitness party specially choreographed for kids.
  • Triple Threat Toning – Use weights, bands, and medicine balls to condition muscles and burn fat. 
  • Pound Fit – Use Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, in this full-body cardio, conditioning, and strength training class.
  • Sculpt & Tone – Use weights, bands, and medicine balls to tone and strengthen muscles. No cardio here. 
  • Forever Fit – use bands and balls to strengthen your upper and lower body. 
  • H.I.I.T – a high-energy class with cardio and sculpting intervals followed by hard core abdominal training.

Class Schedules

Whether you are a group fitness regular or a first-timer, our group classes are sure to include an option (or two) that’s perfect for you, including strength, cardio, mind/body, flexibility, aquatics, senior and more. Taking a class is easy – check out our current class schedule at your preferred location, find a class you’d like to try, and show up ready to have fun!
