Here’s where (and how) we’re open to serve you.

We know it’s confusing to try to figure out how to get medical care these days. Not only has the virus cancelled schools and milestone celebrations, it’s also made it difficult to figure out what’s open and what’s not for your regular doctor’s appointments, tests, and what to expect in our emergency room.

Keeping that in mind, we created the list below, (which was last updated on Wednesday, May 20):

Offices

  • Immediate Care
    • Greenfield Immediate Care is open and available to see all non-respiratory patients.
    • Gateway Immediate Care remains closed.
  • Counseling
    • Seeing all patients virtually.
  • Endocrinology
    • Primarily seeing patients virtually.
    • Starting to see patients in the office.
  • Infectious Disease, Rheumatology, and Cardiothoracic Surgery (HIM-Greenfield)
    • Seeing new patients in the office.
    • Seeing follow-ups virtually.
  • Neurology
    • Seeing consults virtually and in the office.
    • Seeing patients for Botox injections and EMGs.
  • Plastic Surgery
    • Seeing patients for medical purposes in the office as needed.
    • Scheduling Tier 2 and 3 surgeries, as approved by surgery.
    • Seeing patients virtually and in the office.
  • Primary Care
    • Expanding to more office visits.
    • Utilizing virtual visits.
  • Ortho/Foot & Ankle
    • Seeing all referrals.
    • Scheduling Tier 2 and 3 surgeries, as approved by surgery.
    • Seeing some patients virtually if they are unable to come into the office.
  • OB/GYN
    • Seeing obstetrics and acute patients.
    • Seeing patients for preventive visits.
    • Seeing a few patients virtually.
    • Beginning elective surgeries with approval.
  • General Surgery
    • Seeing new and established referrals focusing on Tier 2 and 3 patients.
    • Seeing urgent patients based on discussions with PCP and post-ops.
    • Heartburn clinic will resume seeing patients the first week of June.
