Hancock Regional Hospital Listed as Safest Indiana Hospital for Nurses

Late last year, Nurse.org released its state-by-state list of the safest workplaces for nurses. The list was based upon the most recent Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. Hancock Regional was the only Indiana hospital to make the list. We’re proud to make Hancock Health a safe place for patients and associates.

Making Health Possible

The CDC recognizes January as National Birth Defects Awareness Month. It’s a time “to raise awareness about birth defects and highlight efforts to improve the health of people living with these conditions across their lifespan.” Last year, Hancock Health launched a partnership with Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital to improve the level of care we provide premature babies and infants with complex medical needs. Check out the links below to learn more about the partnership, and visit HealthPossible.org for more general parenting tips and info on how to care for the children in your life.

Meet Tracie Corn

If you’ve visited the Find A Doctor page on the Hancock Regional Hospital website recently, you’ve likely noticed the refreshed video content designed to help patients get to know their prospective medical team. We’ll be resharing some of that content on the Lily Pad occasionally to give our associates the opportunity to better know their coworkers. This week, watch a short video featuring nurse practitioner Tracie Corn, from Hancock Internal Medicine
