Proper nutrition can be as crucial to your health as the right therapy or medication. As a result, our Dietitians strive to provide patients with delicious and nutritious foods based on their Physician ordered diet.
Meals are served by Room Service, which allows patients to have more control over what they eat and when. Meals are available from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and are made to order. You can expect delivery within 45-60 minutes of ordering, and our friendly staff ensures your complete satisfaction with your selections. Guests may also order trays and dine in-room with patients for $6.00.
Clinical Nutrition Services
In addition to meals, we are committed to providing excellent, patient-focused nutritional care to all inpatients. Most noteworthy is our comprehensive staff of Registered Dietitians who provide screenings, assessments, and education based on the established patient care plan.
The Dietitians are part of the Interdisciplinary Medical team and take part in daily rounds, providing nutritional recommendations as well as ongoing nutrition education to both the patients and hospital staff.
Education is available by request by calling the Registered Dietitian office at (317) 468-4880 or (317) 468-4467.
