Meet Dr. Amde
Dr. Sewit Amde is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who’s been in practice since 2010. A Chicago native, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and her medical degree from the University of Illinois Chicago before completing her general surgery residency at Loyola University and her fellowship in plastic surgery at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Amde is certified by both the American board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She enjoys jogging, cycling, movies, and home design projects-and spending time with her husband and three children.
