We are a family medicine practice staffed with physicians and nurse practitioner’s.  All of our providers are staffed with a nurse/CMA to assist them.  We have three front office personnel, four nurses/CMA, a Patient Care Liaison, and a nurse that works on medication refills and pre-certifications for medications and testing.  Our patients range from newborn through late adulthood.  We also house two different clinics, which are employer-based clinics where patients and their families can be seen here at our office by one of our providers.  The staff here at Hancock Family Medicine is very dedicated to patient care as this goes along with our mission to improve the health of patients and families in the communities we serve with respect, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Hancock Family Medicine is located on the north side of West McKenzie Road in Greenfield, Indiana—just west of North State Street. Enter from McKenzie Road. Free surface parking is available.
