We have two excellent providers, who take great pride in providing quality care to each individual.  Dr. Saneera Ilmudeen, has been with the practice for over three years, she has a dedicated staff that work with her to ensure all your needs are met in a timely manner.  Dr. Ilmudeen strives to get timely answers to all of your concerns.  Dr. Meg Fitzsimmons is passionate about providing quality care to all individuals and takes great pride in her enjoyment of women’s health and diabetic management.  The clinical staff are available to provide individualized attention to everyone.  Our goal is to make each person who comes through our doors feel like family.

Hancock Family Medicine is located in the Hancock Health Center at 8535 North Clearview Dr., Suite 200. Free surface parking is available.
