Classes & Workshops

Our Commit to Quit smoking cessation course is designed to help participants stop smoking by providing them with all the essential information and strategies to take control of their situation and quit smoking for good.

This program combines group smoking cessation support meetings/classes with tobacco and related illness education, along with coping skills and stress management. This four-week program meets on Mondays, and class participants must attend each week. Commit to Quit utilizes the American Cancer Society’s Freshstart Program as a guide to conducting our classes. If you’re serious about quitting smoking and getting healthy, this is a class you simply can’t afford to miss!
